What do we do? Reach Out Orphanage Ministries (R.O.O.M.) empowers orphanages to become clean, healthy and filled with God’s word. This is accomplished by working alongside orphanage staff and partnering with other missionaries, local governments, local churches and churches in the United States.
R.O.O.M. believes that we are called to serve children living in orphanages by God’s word in James 1:27a, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans in their distress.” We believe all children deserve “room to grow room to hope and room to love!”
R.O.O.M. empowers orphanages to become clean through construction projects, replacing outdated appliances, providing new bedding and securing items necessary to maintain cleanliness. We empower orphanages to become healthy by providing safe drinking water, fresh fruits and vegetables, vitamins, personal hygiene education, routine healthcare and dental services. Through our Scarlet Project, R.O.O.M. provides emergency health interventions for sick and malnourished children. We empower orphanages to become filled with God’s word by providing gospel materials; specifically culturally-appropriate and age-appropriate bibles.
