In 1974, a group of dedicated individuals committed to making conditions better for stray animals came together and created the Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals (SICSA). SICSA continues to help thousands of individuals and stray and abandoned dogs and cats in the Miami Valley. We promote the welfare of dogs and cats and nurture the human/animal bond. We offer pet adoptions, foster care, spay/neutering services, humane education and obedience training classes.
