Founded in 1981, the Northeast Iowa Food Bank works to provide nutritious food and grocery products to non-profit organizations and individuals in Northeast Iowa, while offering hunger education programs to the area and those in need. We serve 200 agencies and over 300 programs in a 16 county service area. On average, we annually distribute 4.5 million pounds of food. The Northeast Iowa Food Bank is a member of America’s Second Harvest, the largest hunger-relief organization in the United States.
