Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho & Washington

Make-a-Wish Foundation of Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho & Washington grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. In 1986, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Washington State was founded to reach children throughout Washington. In 2000, the chapter expanded its territory, enabling it to serve children throughout Alaska, Montana, and northern Idaho in addition to Washington state. Today, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho & Washington grants approximately 250 wishes a year to children with life-threatening illnesses throughout the Northwest. The Make-A-Wish family includes more than 2,500 children and their families who have had their wishes granted.
