Established in 1989, Liberty Counsel is a litigation, education and policy organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of human life and the traditional family. In addition to providing pro bono legal assistance, Liberty Counsel also produces a daily radio program, Freedom’s Call, a weekly radio program, Faith & Freedom, and a thirty-minute weekly television program, Law & Justice, all of which deal with various legal and policy issues. The Center for Constitutional Litigation and Policy operates as one component of Liberty Counsel’s training, education and public policy program. The Center trains attorneys, law students, policy-makers, legislators, clergy and world leaders in constitutional principles and government policies.
