Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio (HFHSA) is an ecumenical Christian housing organization working in partnership with God’s people in need to build simple, decent, and affordable houses. Established in 1976, HFHSA is the first affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, which is based in Americus, GA. There are over 1600 other affiliates in the United States and Habitat for Humanity builds in over 100 countries worldwide. HFHSA works with low-income families who would not otherwise be able to afford a house. We partner with families in need and help them build affordable houses for themselves and their families at no interest and no profit.
