Fresno Rescue Mission

Founded in 1949 by the Rev. Clifford Phillips, the Fresno Rescue Mission (FRM) is an evangelical Christian, faith-based charitable organization working with the homeless, impoverished families, neglected and abused children and single transient adults, in the greater Fresno County area. FRM provides emergency and safe shelter, transitional housing, food, youth and family services, long-term residential rehabilitation for the addicted, education, job and life skills training, spiritual assistance, hope and many other practical services to all who come looking for help. FRM is a 365 days a year, 24 hours a day ministry. No “fees” are ever charged for services to the homeless.
