The Center for the Study of the Presidency seeks to further the understanding and functioning of the American Presidency and its related institutions and, thereby, to educate, illuminate, and inspire leaders of tomorrow. The Center brings together experts from government, academia, and the corporate world on key issues facing the Presidency. Although program initiatives change from time to time, all Center activities rest largely upon the following four pillars: presidential leadership, organizing for leadership, executive-legislative relations, and public service. The Center has increasingly engaged in programs that study, inform, and advise the federal government.
