The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix (BGCMP) began operating in 1946 and has remained dedicated to the welfare and support of young people since then. Over 55 years, we have served more than 300,000 youth. We work to inspire and enable youth in our community, especially those faced with difficult and challenging circumstances, to realize their individual potential while learning responsible citizenship. The BGCMP serves youth who are in grades kindergarten through high school. Our five core programs include the following: promoting the Arts; health and life skills; character and leadership development; education and career development; and sports, fitness and recreation.
