Seeking an on-site female assistant director in charge of daily operations:
- Daily presence in the home. Oversight of our team of care-giving “moms”, oversight of administration, and managing relationships with doctors, providers, volunteers, etc. under the guidance of the founding directors. Must be self-motivated, have a flexible disposition and strong detail-orientation in regards to cleanliness, nutrition, medications, staff training, etc. The AD is responsible for staff training, scheduling, evaluation and correction. The assistant director will also report to the home’s directors and Board for support and accountability. She is responsible to maintain healthy communication among the staff and facilitate team-building.
Requirements: strong Christian faith, passion for babies and serving overseas, medical training (LPN, CPR, etc.) financial support for living expenses. Able to work independently and with moderate to strong Spanish skills. Additional skill sets in either physical therapy, psychology, early childhood development and/or education are a plus.
