With 1 out of 4 people living below the poverty line, many families in Nepal live with only the basic necessities. These families are forced to make due with building homes from natural resources such as unfired mud bricks, stones, wood and even hay. During cold winters, rainy days, and hot summers families have very little between them and mother nature. The Fuller Center for Housing in Nepal is working in the village of Trishuli, which sits in the foothills of the Himalayas, to build safe, decent, and affordable homes for these families in need.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to work side by side with the homeowners and other locals construction their new homes in one of the most picturesque locations on earth. In addition to providing safe housing, these trips provide locals with jobs, help support the local economy and create a life-changing experience for all involved.
